The kids woke up to goody-bags on the counter and donuts and new princess mugs for Aspen and Bentley's hot chocolate on the table. Bentley had a pretty bad cough, so after breakfast I left her at home with my mom, along with Colter and Dahlia, and took Aspen to meet up with some other home-schoolers for a Valentine's party. I didn't leave without promising Bentley we'd pass out her valentines and also bring hers home. She was a good sport about missing the party- no tears. I really felt bad that she wasn't able to come because the party was really fun! The kids played games and colored and then passed out their valentines cards while us moms had a chance to visit and make new friends!

"Down by the banks of the hanky panky
where the bullfrogs jumps from bank to banky..."
Like most of these kids, Aspen was learning how to play this for the first time
It was fun to watch

So funny!
